So this whole 30 Days thing has been put on hold until I get my lazy ass out and take a picture! I'm so stupid. But now, just because I'm so incredbly lame and gushy again, this awesome song from one of my new favourite singers; Michael Bublé.

Day 26: Your Dream Wedding

I have this strange feeling that basically every girl has atleast once thought about their Wedding and what it would be like. I'm not going to lie, I have too. And I'm not even sure if I want to get married!

I don't want a traditional Wedding, I kinda always wanted to get married on the Beach. I'm not even sure why that is but it's just something that I think would be awesome.

I don't think that I want a big thing, just this simple and intimate cermony. Just really close family and friends, noting big and extravagant. I've never been one for the "Princess-Glamour-Weddings". I like simple things.

  

But most of all I want the Wedding to represent us. Not some fake thing, just simple, loving and true.

       

Then there's the fact that the Wedding March kind of freaks me out. I just don't like it. So instead I would like to walk down that isle with Aerosmith's I Don't Want To Miss a Thing. Corny? Very much so, but the rocker-chick in me tells me that it's right and I love that song.
And what about that one special dance? Aerosmith again actually; Deuces Are Wild. Beautiful, I love it and it's just so brilliant.

That would be my dream wedding.

1. John Mayer- Who Says.
   John is, as mentioned,  one of my personal favorites so it's only suiting that he happened to come first. This is a song from his newest album Battle Studies and I enjoy it alot.
   
2. Fair to Midland- Stiffback
   So I have a soft spot for rock music. Fair to Midland is a band that I found by accident on the interwebs and I'm really happy for it. I love their original music style and the whole sound. This isn't my favourite song but it is still pretty good.
   
3. Chris Bell- Speed of Sound
   This song appears on the soundtrack of Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist a pretty cute movie with an amazing soundtrack.
   
4. The Stiff Dylans- Ever Fallen In Love.
   There's just something about this song that I love. I can't really explain it but I do.
   
5. Fair to Midland- Dance of the Manatee
   Antother FTM song, this is my favourite one and I adore it. From the beginning to the corus and lyrics. Amazing song.
   
6. In Flames- Alias
   In Flames is one of the greatest bands ever and I listen to them alot. Alias is also one of my personal favourites. There's just something about the lyrics.
7. Nickleback- Gotta Be Somebody
   I've always liked Nickleback, and Chad Kroegers' voice. This isn't my favourite one, I like the older ones better but it's a pretty good song.
   
8.  Brendan Benson- A Whole Lot Better
   Brendan Benson is a member of The Raconteurs and that's how I found him and his music. This is one of my favourite songs and it always makes me smile and in a good mood. The video is pretty damn awesome as well.
   
9. The Skids- The Saints are Coming.
   I basically only have this on my playlist because it's on the movie Boondock Saints II's soundtrack and I love that movie. But the song and the band is good as well.
   
10. The Clash- Somebody got Murdered.
    Joe Strummer was a god, a genius. The Clash is one of my all time favourite bands and this song is brilliant. The lyrics, the sound...almost nothing beats The Clash. 

Day 24: Something you've learned

I've learned alot over the years. How to write, how to read, how to do my job.

I've learned that I should live my life the way I want to live it. Do what I want and what I feel is good for myself.

I've learned that I should be happy about my life and the people in it, because they're all pretty awesome.

But most of all you learn about people I think. One of the most important thing I've learned is that people is not always what they seem. A person can turn the tables on you and just be this totally different person then when you met them. And the worst thing is that you never saw it coming. Or when people out of the blue change, and you outgrow eachother and realize you don't even know eachother anymore. And then there's the two-faced ones, those are sneak bastards that are hard to identify. Which is annoying at times if you're not like a mindreader or I dunno...Batman he seems like a people person.

That wasn't even funny. Was it?

I'm sorry. I'm so tired. I blame S. He's been overly tired all week and it's spread to me, or well I was out of it too but it got worse. So we're tired together which doesn't make things easier, but it sure as hell is fun. I've been laughing so much my cheeks hurt. Funny shit.

Day 23: Favorite Book.

I read alot. And I have so many favorite books that it's hard for me to chose one.

I read basically anything; classics, mystery, fantasy, romance...you name it!

But one book that I never tire of is Meg Cabot's Boy Meets Girl.
It's a very girly, romantic and funny book that is comepletly written in E-mails, IM's, Diary entries and such.
It's bloody brilliant. It's part of a three book series that aren't directly connected, you can read one without the others.

My paperback is pretty worn out because I read it over and over again.

Day 22: What's in your purse?

My purse is almost always filled with stuff that I need, and then somehow things that I don't need find themselves lost in there as well.


I surprised even myself when I took time to take pictures of almost everything in my purse. Freaky.

This is the bag I use right now.

This is my wallet. It is almost always in my bag.

My Alice in Wonderland Dayplanner.

This contains neccesary make-up.

This is mentioned Make-up.

In this little fellow I store my keys so they don't get lost.

This contains coins, a flashlight and other stuff.

So that is basically what one can find in my bag. Amongst; Candies, Random Notes, Cigarettes, Lighters and the occasional book or extra gloves.

Day 21: Favorite Picture of yourself ALL TIME Why?

Sorry, I missed two days. This took some searching through alot of drawers, but finally I found it!


Who would of thought that my favourite picture of myself actually is a School Picture! Yeah, I know. Those terrible, often embarrisingly bad photo's that we all love to hate.

My Second Grade photo though...Well it's actually pretty good and I like it. So here you have it, My favorite picture of myself, of all time. Back to "haunt" me from  1998.

I'm not even sure why I like this picture, it's just something about it.The quality is pretty bad but it'll just have to do.

Day 20: Nicknames

I have alot of nicknames. Very few people actually call be by my real name which is; Charlotta.

The most common one is Lotta, but people also refer to me as; Loppis, Loppan, Lotski, Lottis...and it goes on like that.
I've also been called Charlie, Charre and Charlielotta and then of course my middle name Emilia.

My best friend calls me Luv, we're just like that. And I've found myself answering to Honey, Sweetie and the likes alot more often as well.

Day 19: Something you miss

I kind of miss being able to see my friends every day. Now when we live far apart, work and just have different lives then back when we went to school we just don't see eachother as much anymore. 

It's also still weird not to have the summer off and just do whatever you want, but I don't miss summer break that much. Nowdays I get antsy without having anything to do so.

Other than that, there's not much I honestly miss.

Day 18: Favorite Place to Eat.

I really don't have a favorite place to eat.

But one place that pops into my head is this little place far away from here.

It was one of the first places we ate at in Croatia, by mistake actually thanks to a freak-storm. It was hidden on a small beach but that has to be one of the greatest pasta's I've eaten. Ever. I was basically starving, and it was raining then but it was delicious.

Day 17: Something you're looking forward to

This Summer is something I'm really looking forward to. No more snow. No more cold.

Hopefully there will be sun and warmth.

Last summer was awesome so I'm hoping for another one of those!

Filled with Boatrides, sun, my friends and loads of crazy fun!

Day 16: Dream house.

I have a friend who has her whole house planned out. Like, every single detail.

I'm not like that. But yes I have imagined what my house will look like in the future. I know what I want and I'm kindof anal about some things.

But it's not really about the stuff in the house. My biggest plan for my future house is that I want it to reflect me and any other person that will possibly live there. I want people to know instantly that I'm the one who lives there. I want it to feel like home.

I'm into modern design though, but that feels really cold sometimes so I want to mix it up with a bohemian feel to it. I found some pictures that appeal to me.

It's the wallpaper. The colors. The way the furniture is put together, Different stuff.

Day 15: Bible verse

I am not a very Religious person so this is rather strange for me.

I believe that there's something bigger than us out there, but God as the church portrays him? I'm not so sure.

So therefore people I give you no Bible Verse, sorry to dissapoint. But here, have this picture of my "God", Johnny Depp instead!

Day 14: A picture of you last year - how have you changed?

Technically, last year was 2o1o. But that is also 4 days ago. So because I started this Challenge in 2o1o I chose a picture from 2oo9. Obviously.

This is Me. Technically 2 years ago, but let's go with one eh?

How have I changed?

Well physicly, not that much. My hair is no longer purple, although I'm thinking about making it so again.
Style-wise I'm alot girlier now. Back then I still had some of that punk-edge left in me, not that it has completely evaporaised now either but, you get what I mean.

Mentally. Alot. I'm more grown up I think, and a little less naive. Less shy than I was, but I'm still shy just not as much. I would like to say that I'm wizer, but I doubt it.

I now have a Job, and I'm out of school. I've experienced alot last year (2o1o, that is...and in 2oo9 as well when I think about it).

So all in all, I'm not the same and yet I am. Confused? Me too.

Day 13: Goals

Another wicked difficult one. Or it was until I really started thinking about it.

That's how I came to this conclusion.

I have just one goal and that is to Live Life to it's fullest.

That's it. Nothing more, nothing less.

And I feel rather pigheaded, lame and pathetic for actually typing the following sentence down, but I can't help it.

Life, right now, as it is. Is Pretty Fucking Awesome.

Day 12: Something you don't leave the house without.

There are actually not alot of things that I don't leave the house without. I'm not really that dependent on alot of things.

But my Phone is one thing, if I don't forget it that is...I've agtually gotten better on having my phone with me. So that is almost always on my person these days.

Another thing is, pathetically, Eyeliner and Mascara. Yep, I'm kinda addicted to make-up. I can deal with being without make-up, but the Eyeliner and Mascara is almost always on.

My handbag, or well one of my handbags seldom leave my shoulder or arm.

Then there's nailpolish. My nails are very seldom without it. And I feel weird if they are.

Now I feel really, really superficial. But the last thing has to be Hairspray. Yep, Hairspray addict right here.

Day 11: Favorite tv shows

I'm addicted to alot of different TV Shows. C.S.I., Scrubs, Dexter, Sex and the City and so many more. But one show that I'm really into right now and that is;


How I Met Your Mother.

Ted's journey to finding the mother of his kids is one of the greatest shows I've ever seen.
The plot is slightly original, funny and the cast is brilliant.
Marshall, Lily, Robin, Barney and Ted just fit so well together and the actors they've chose to play each character couldn't be more right.

I am, like so many others, a huge fan of Barney Stinson though. He is my favorite character by far, the blonde suit-wearing awesome player played by Neil Patrick Harris never fails to make me laugh.
I adore the sweetness of Marshall and Lily, Robin's "self.awareness" and the hopeless romantic in Ted.

This show always makes me happy.

First post of the year. The 30 Day Challenge will continue but I decided to post something else first.

New Years was awesome, had loads of fun and laughed so hard my stomach hurt. Well anyway. Let's start off this New Year, eh?
